Kottbullar
Un
plato sueco extremadamente popular consistente en albóndigas de
carne picadas con salsa y acompañadas de diversos
condimentos(patatas,ensaladas y mermalada de arándanos). Un sabor
tremendamente adictivo y un plato nada caro(teniendo en cuenta el
nivel de vida de Suecia) y muy fácil de encontrar.

extremely very known meal made with meatballs with a sauce and with many condiments (potatoes,salads and blueberry jam ). A sense extremely adictive and very cheap(in comparison of the life level of Sweden). It´s very easy to

Parecido
a la crepe francesa per hecha de patatas y frita en mantequilla. Se
sirve con panceta y arándanos(estos últimos optativos).
It
looks like a french crepe but it is made of potatoes and it´s fried
with butter. You have to eat it with pancetta and blueberris (this last is optative).

posibles(cerdo,cebolla,setas,panceta,ternera...). Estas bolas se
hierven en agua y se acompañan de mostaza o mantequilla derretida.
